Poster/Exhibit Hall Information

The Poster/Exhibit Hall will be located in the Trinity Exhibit Hall/Foyer within the Hilton Anatole property. All posters will be available for viewing throughout the entire meeting. Detailed information regarding the Poster Sessions will be provided in February 2024.

Poster/Exhibitor Session # 1 will take place on Thursday, May 16, 2024 beginning at 4:30 pm CT. Join the Odd-numbered Final ID poster presenters as they showcase their work through 6:30 pm CT. Food and beverage will be available.
Poster/Exhibitor Session # 2 will take place on Friday, May 17, 2024 beginning at 4:30 pm CT. Join the Even-numbered Final ID poster presenters as they showcase their work through 6:30 pm CT. Food and beverage will be available.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

All posters will be displayed until Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 12:00 pm in the Trinity Exhibit Hall. Posters will be viewed in two (2) sessions as outlined below. Presenters should be at their posters for their entire discussion session and should not be removed early.

The organizers of the 2024 Annual Meeting are not responsible for posters left unclaimed as of 12:00 pm on Saturday, May 18, 2024. Unclaimed posters will not be returned.
